The Idea of the I am Goddess campaign came from a song by Halsey, “I am Not a Woman, I am a God.” Maybe you know it?
It’s about hiding who you are behind a smile or alternate personality for someone else…then only to break free of that hold to reveal your “God” self. Women are "Gods" of sorts. Women do it all. I'm not leaning into the overly saturated idea that you have to be it all,... but I'm saying this from experience and factual observation that women DO, DO IT ALL. We simply can't help ourselves. Is it guilt? Is it our need to care for others,...or the drive and ambition that we are born with? No matter what, you are a shining beacon of beauty and strength. You are a goddess!
You do it all. Let's just give you the credit you deserve. You are a force mejeure! That's right, an irresistible compulsion to a greater force! That's why I've started a campaign to capture that essence of confidence, power, presence, and beauty. Goddess, you deserve to kick up your feet for a day of beauty and empowerment. Let's shine a light so bright on you that every one will be breathlessly taken by your beauty. Like Diana, Princess of the Amazon (aka: Wonder Woman), you possess power and strength greater than anyone could know. Through The GODDESS Campaign I am on a mission to capture that Super Power. The Beauty and complete magic you hold deserves to be highlighted through the Goddess portraits in this campaign. what is the vision?
No Goddess photo in this campaign will be the same. You can be photographed in anyway you envision yourself as a "Goddess." Think about it... Do you feel like a goddess in an evening gown or a pair of dress pants? Do you love boxing and running... so maybe your goddess vision is in running shoes and shorts? Think about it. You can take this very literal too. Perhaps you want to portray Athena, the Goddess of Wisdom, because you are wise and full of wonder. Anything is possible!Every goddess that applies and is considered for this campaign will get an individual full consultation by phone or in person (only in the San Diego area.) The consultation is always a part of Napier J Photography's service. It is important to get to know you and your vision. It's about you completely. The shoot is designed fully around you and your wants. All of my clients needs for their photoshoots are anticipated and curated per the individual. Shouldn't a Goddess be catered to? In the Consultation, we will not only discuss your vision for the shoot. We will also collaborate on your vision for makeup, hair, outfits, colors, backgrounds, and where you might want to display your Goddess images. Most importantly, who do you want to be photographed with? That's right, you can include your Daughters, Mothers, and any other Goddesses you'd like to be photographed with. We will create a beautiful Goddess shoot together. Note: To participate in the Goddess Campaign you will need to fill out the application form (link to the application and contact form is at the bottom of this page.) You must be willing to sign a model release form in order for photos to be used on social media and website use. Participation in the Goddess Campaign is $365. To be paid at time of booking. Where?
All Goddess Campaign shoots will take place at my home studio in San Diego, CA. Address will be given once you have been accepted to the campaign. When?
This campaign is a work of love. I'd like to invite you to schedule as soon as possible. It will be running from February 11th-May 29th, 2022. There will only be 25 shoot appointments available. Each Session will run between 2-4 hours. That time includes hair, makeup, and styling change. Cost?
All Goddess Campaign sessions are $365. To book, you must pay the non-refundable $365 session fee at the time of consultation to reserve your date. The session fee includes the full consultation, planning, shoot time, hair, makeup, professional editing and retouching for your best session photos, beverages and snacks for your shoot, and an after shoot reveal session.Note: I do understand in these crazy times that illness and emergencies happen. If you must miss your scheduled session time and date, then I will try my best to reschedule one time only for another date and time. I respect my clients time and energy they put into planning their special day. I ask my clients please respect my time, energy, planning, and work as well. Please try to cancel/reschedule your date within 72 hours or before your shoot. The session fee is non-refundable. What do I get?
Every Goddess gets a personalized shoot planned just for you. One complimentary 7 x 10 print (in an 11 x 14 white mat) of your favorite image from your shoot. (That is an over $575 value.) A personalized consultation pre-shoot. Professional makeup and hair will be done. Professional photo retouching for skin and any tiny details you'd like taken care of. A personalized reveal session, approximately 2 weeks after your shoot through Zoom or in person (San Diego area only) to view and choose your best images. Note: All Goddess Campaign shoots are $365 to book. The session fee includes the shoot, one 7x10 print, pre-shoot consultation, professional hair and makeup application, outfit styling, professional photo retouching for skin and tiny details you'd like taken care of, and post shoot reveal session. All session fees must be paid before the scheduled session. An invoice will be sent via Square Up to your email for easy payment by credit or debit card. Option to purchase a full package or prints a la carte will also be available to you. There is never any pressure to buy anything additional. Only get what you truly love.
